Privacy, in plain language.

AssignAll uses personal information to create secure accounts, operate organization and referee workspaces, coordinate assignments, and support match-day accountability. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Information we handle

  • Account and identity: name, email address, optional phone number, verification state, roles, organization memberships, and session records.
  • Organization work: organization details, invitations, competitions, facilities, fixtures, crew requirements, notes, and member actions.
  • Referee work: profile details, home and travel context, availability, certifications and supporting documents, assignment responses, match reports, feedback, and payout status.
  • Location: home-location coordinates when supplied for matching, and match-day check-in coordinates when a referee explicitly allows browser location access.
  • Security and operations: IP address and audit events for important account and workspace changes, error diagnostics, and delivery status for operational messages.
  • Payment information: when payments are enabled, provider identifiers, onboarding status, amounts, and transaction state. AssignAll is designed not to store raw bank-account or card credentials.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, verify email addresses, enforce permissions, recover accounts, create and staff fixtures, avoid assignment conflicts, record check-in and reports, support payments when enabled, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies keep signed-in sessions working. Local storage remembers a chosen workspace and light or dark appearance. The current MVP does not include advertising cookies. If analytics or optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before use.

When information is shared

Workspace information is visible only to people whose roles require it. We may use service providers for hosting, databases, email and message delivery, file storage, security, and payments. Providers receive only what is needed for their service and must be configured under appropriate contractual and security controls before production use. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or as part of a properly managed business transfer.

Retention and security

Raw match-day check-in coordinates, reported accuracy, and geofence distance are removed automatically after 30 days by default. The verified check-in status and timestamp remain for attendance and audit history. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected, security, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal obligations; those production schedules and deletion procedures must be approved before launch. We use access controls, signed sessions, password hashing, audit records, and encrypted network connections in production, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can update profile information in your workspace. To request access, correction, deletion, or an explanation of how your information is used, email hello@assignall.ai. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, or legal reasons. Browser settings control cookies, saved site data, theme preference, and location permission.

Children

Public self-registration is not intended for children under 13. Clubs, schools, and leagues working with minors are responsible for using AssignAll in accordance with applicable consent, safeguarding, and privacy requirements. We will not knowingly build a child-directed account flow without the required protections.

Contact and changes

Questions can be sent to hello@assignall.ai. Material changes will be dated and explained here. If a new use is materially different from what users were told, AssignAll will provide additional notice and seek consent when required.
