Accounts and access

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Public sign-up can create organization-requester or referee setup paths. Platform administrator access is assigned manually; selecting an admin sign-in option does not grant admin permissions.

Workspace responsibilities

• Organizations are responsible for fixture accuracy, crew requirements, pay information, member permissions, safeguarding, and compliance with league and employment or contractor rules.
• Referees are responsible for accurate qualifications, availability, responses, check-in information, and match reports.
• Users must verify urgent match-day details independently when safety or game continuity depends on them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse another person’s account, scrape or probe the service, bypass permissions, upload malicious or unlawful material, harass users, misrepresent qualifications, manipulate assignment or payment records, or use AssignAll in a way that violates law, league policy, or another person’s rights.

Feature availability

Automated coverage, notifications, location-assisted check-in, reserved funding, and payout experiences can change, pause, or be unavailable while they are configured for your workspace. AssignAll does not promise that every match will be covered, that every notification will arrive, or that a payment will settle at a particular time unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Payments

Production payment features are not active until they are enabled and their terms are shown before use. When enabled, payment processing may be provided by a regulated third party under additional terms, identity checks, fees, payout timing, refund rules, and dispute procedures shown before use. Never send bank or card credentials to the support email address.

Content and feedback

You retain rights in information you submit. You give AssignAll permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service. If you provide product feedback, we may use it without an obligation to compensate you, while avoiding public attribution without permission.

Availability, suspension, and changes

The pre-release service is provided on an as-available basis and may contain defects. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the system. We will make reasonable efforts to explain material account actions and announce material terms changes.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, AssignAll disclaims implied warranties for the pre-release service and is not responsible for decisions made solely from incomplete or inaccurate user-supplied information. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Final commercial limits and governing-law terms will be established in reviewed production agreements, not invented in this pre-release notice.
